1. 更改颜色配置文件
A. 打开macOS“系统偏好设置”,单击“显示器”>“显示器设置”。
B. 选择您的外接显示器(注意目标显示器的型号名称)。
C. 将“颜色描述文件”更改为macOS原本自带的icc,如“彩色LCD”或“Display P3”。
2. 更改刷新率(适用时)
如果您的外接显示器支持可变刷新率,则可以尝试此方法,因为闪烁可能是由Mac内屏和外接显示器刷新率之间的同步问题引起的。
A. 打开macOS的“系统偏好设置”,单击显示器>显示器设置。
B. 选择您的外接显示器(注意目标显示器的型号名称)。
C. 可以在可变刷新率和固定60Hz刷新率之间互换使用(当用可变刷新率闪烁则换为60Hz;当用60Hz闪烁则换为可变刷新率)。
3. 关闭“自动调节亮度”和“原彩显示”
A. 打开macOS的“系统偏好设置”,单击“显示器”>“显示器设置”。
B. 点击“内建视网膜显示器”。
C. 取消勾选“自动调节亮度”。
D. 取消勾选“原彩显示”。
4. 关闭“夜览”
A. 打开macOS的“系统偏好设置”,单击“显示器>选择”夜览”。
B. 从下图菜单“设定时间”中选择“关闭”。
C. 取消勾选“手动:明天前保持打开”。
5. 关闭深色模式
可能是5种方法中最基本的,但值得一试。除非您真的觉得使用深色模式更舒服,否则如果前四个步骤没有帮助,我们建议您将其关闭。
A. 打开macOS的“系统偏好设置”>“通用”。
B. 将“外观”更改为“浅色”。
要考虑的其他建议
1. 这个简单的流程图,它可以帮助您决定如何处理闪烁(如果发生)。
如果显示器开始闪烁→请关闭正在运行的应用程序或任务窗口等→然后尝试建议的五种方法。
(1)如果其中一个方法有帮助,就解决了。
(2)如果闪烁没有立即消失,我们建议让您的Mac设备等待到此轮闪烁结束后再使用(可能在30分钟左右)。
2. 按照上述5种方法更改设置后,可以降低再次触发闪烁的机率或闪烁的幅度。但如果再次发生闪烁,可以重复尝试这些方法。
3. 如果您使用了PD系列的显示器和Display Pilot软件,请确保取消勾选软件中的“ ICC Sync”选项(如下图所示),以便允许更改macOS中对应的外接显示器的“颜色描述文件”。
